近日,前联合国亚太可持续商业网络副主席、地球村论坛主席大卫·莫里斯先生与塔州山东总商会执行会长、塔州华人社团联合理事会常务副主席宋庚先生率领代表团,前往昆士兰州调研领先的新能源企业Xcel International,并与其首席执行官Boyuan Zhu博士及研发团队进行了深入的会谈与技术交流。此次访问旨在探讨新能源技术的创新发展,以及双方在可持续发展领域的潜在合作机会。

Xcel International是一家致力于清洁能源技术研发的高科技企业,核心业务涵盖新能源生产、储能技术及智能电网解决方案。凭借卓越的技术能力,Xcel已成为澳大利亚新能源行业的先锋企业,通过创新技术应对全球气候变化和能源转型挑战。
在调研过程中,大卫·莫里斯先生对Xcel的技术成果和研发能力表示高度赞赏。他表示:“Xcel的创新精神和技术突破为未来清洁能源的发展提供了宝贵的借鉴。我们期待塔州能够与Xcel建立更紧密的合作关系,共同推动可持续能源解决方案在塔州的落地。”

地球村论坛秘书长Mandy Ma女士在访问中对Xcel的创新能力和发展潜力给予了高度评价。她表示:“Xcel作为新能源领域的佼佼者,不仅展示了前沿技术的力量,更体现了澳大利亚企业在全球能源转型中的积极贡献。塔州的清洁能源优势与Xcel的技术能力相结合,必将为双方带来新的发展机遇。”
塔州华人社团联合理事会常务副主席宋庚先生在访问中对Xcel的创新能力和发展潜力给予了高度评价。他指出,塔州一直致力于打造可持续发展的绿色经济,而Xcel的先进储能技术和智能电网解决方案,能够有效促进塔州清洁能源的利用效率。他表示:“此次访问是我们了解技术前沿和推动合作的重要契机,我们希望通过加强与Xcel的交流,共同探索更多合作可能,助力塔州在实现零碳目标方面迈出更加坚实的一步。”

Tasmanian Australia-China Chamber of Commerce Delegation Visits Queensland to Deepen Cooperation in the New Energy Sector

Recently, a delegation led by Mr. David Morris, former Vice President of the UN Asia-Pacific Sustainable Business Network and Chair of the One Earth Village Forum, along with Mr. Song Geng, Executive Vice President of the Tasmania Shandong Chamber of Commerce and Executive Vice Chairman of the Tasmanian Chinese Community Council, visited Queensland to explore cooperation in the field of new energy.

The delegation conducted an in-depth study of Xcel International, a leading clean energy technology company, and engaged in comprehensive discussions and technical exchanges with its CEO, Dr. Boyuan Zhu, and the R&D team. This visit aimed to explore innovations in new energy technology and potential collaboration in the field of sustainable development.

Xcel International is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to clean energy technology research and development, with core businesses encompassing renewable energy production, energy storage solutions, and smart grid technologies. With its outstanding technical capabilities, Xcel has become a pioneer in Australia’s new energy sector, addressing global challenges in climate change and energy transition through cutting-edge technologies.

During the visit, Mr. David Morris expressed his high regard for Xcel’s achievements and R&D capabilities. He stated, “Xcel’s spirit of innovation and technological breakthroughs offer valuable insights for the future development of clean energy. We look forward to establishing closer collaboration between Tasmania and Xcel to promote sustainable energy solutions in Tasmania.”

Mr. Morris also noted that, with the global demand for renewable energy continuing to grow, companies like Xcel are not only leading in technology but also making significant contributions to upgrading Australia’s energy industry and advancing regional economic development. He expressed hope that this visit would help enhance Tasmania’s position in the renewable energy sector and deepen collaboration in the development and application of clean energy solutions.

This visit marks a further step in strengthening Tasmania’s cooperation in the new energy sector, laying a solid foundation for achieving carbon neutrality goals.

Ms. Mandy Ma, Secretary-General of the One Earth Village Forum ,also praised Xcel’s innovative capabilities and development potential during the visit. She remarked, “Xcel, as a leader in the renewable energy sector, showcases the power of cutting-edge technology and highlights the proactive contributions of Australian enterprises in global energy transition. The synergy between Tasmania’s clean energy advantages and Xcel’s technical expertise is poised to create new opportunities for both sides.”

Mr. Song Geng also commended Xcel’s innovative capabilities and development prospects, emphasizing that Tasmania has been committed to building a sustainable green economy. He noted that Xcel’s advanced energy storage technology and smart grid solutions could significantly enhance the efficiency of clean energy utilization in Tasmania. He said, “This visit is a crucial opportunity for us to understand technological frontiers and foster collaboration. We hope to explore more possibilities for cooperation with Xcel and take a more solid step toward achieving Tasmania’s zero-carbon goal.”

The delegation also visited the Gold Coast to tour Tai Shan Tea Culture and participated in a tea masterclass.
